Sales tax

Sales tax is only charged for customers located in the State of Washington, DC, and Virginia.

You will receive an order confirmation email a few minutes after you place your order. Please check your junk or spam folders if it does not appear in your inbox. Please review the order confirmation and contact us at info@AdonisUnderwear.com if you see any errors. You can also review the details of your order from your Adonis By Kyhry account (if you created one).

Shipping 

  • With USPS, DHL, FedEx, and Passport, we ship to over 241 countries and regions.
  • Orders are usually shipped within 2 business days (not including weekends or holidays) and we provide a tracking number for all orders.
  • Domestic orders will usually arrive to you within 3-7 business days after receipt of your order.
  • International orders will usually arrive to you within 8-14 business days after receipt of your order.
  • Exact shipping options and transit times will be provided at checkout.
  • International customers can see and pay taxes and duties (if applicable) up-front at checkout.

Returns & Exchanges

Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. 

Before you return your merchandise:

  • You must submit a return/refund request via email to info@adonisunderwear.com

If your refund request is approved:

  • Items must be sent back within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.
  • Items must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, or wear.

Keep in mind: 

  • Swimwear, and undergarments are non-returnable but if your refund request is approved, we will likely issue a store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card code.
  • Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are received.
  • We do not provide pre-paid return labels; you are responsible for covering shipping costs to return.
  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 2 business days of delivery. Please contact us at info@adonisunderwear.com for assistance before returning merchandise.
  • All returns must include an RMA number which will be provided via email if your refund/return request is approved and a return is required.
  • Adonis Underwear is not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns and email us with this information.
